Personal Trainer
A personal trainer teaches you new exercises in the gym, helping you work with a muscle that was atrophied because it hadn’t been used. As a personal trainer of the mind, I’m taking you into the mental gym to help you find new muscles and new exercises. I’m introducing you to new tools – and finding new muscles – so you can create a new consciousness. We’re exercising in new ways to consistently build that mental and emotional muscle to give you the ability and strength to create the new design of you. We’re working with very specific things to say, things to do, things to think, things to feel, things to focus on so that you can enhance, create, maintain and grow your new consciousness.
